He has extensive experience in international return proceedings under the Hague Convention and European legislation, having been involved in numerous cases of judicial cooperation between states and, to date, having secured the effective return of all children for whom he has acted as representative.

She also acts in divorce proceedings involving family businesses or significant corporate structures, coordinating the procedural strategy in family law matters with the necessary asset and corporate planning to preserve the stability of the business and avoid subsequent conflicts between partners or family members. Such matters require a comprehensive approach in which legal and business considerations must be addressed simultaneously.

She holds a law degree and has developed her specialisation in family law through continuous professional development and active participation in specialist legal forums. She is a member of the Spanish Association of Family Lawyers (AEAFA), the Madrid Association of Family and Children’s Lawyers (AMAFI), the Association of Businesswomen and Professionals of Valencia (EVAP), WomenCEO and Mujeres que Suman, maintaining a constant presence in professional circles linked to specialist legal practice and women’s leadership.
